​Inbound Transfer Service Rates and Policies

Firearm Transfer Fee: $30 for first transferred item, $20 for each additional item (I.E… frames, receivers, rifles, pistols, etc…)Transfers for Military members, Retired, Active, Guard, or Reserve, Law Enforcement, EMS and Fire Fighters – $20 per item transferred.

YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASING AND HAVING A FIREARM SHIPPED TO ME.

Transfer/Purchase Requirements

You must be a Nebraska resident. You must have a valid State of Nebraska issued photo ID, and Nebraska Handgun Purchase Permit or State of Nebraska issued Concealed Carry Permit to purchase a handgun.

For active duty Military stationed in Nebraska.  If you do not meet the above criteria we can transfer a handgun to you if you meet the following criteria.  If you have an out of state driver’s license and a Nebraska Purchase Permit; you will need your PCS orders to Nebraska or a State of Nebraska photo ID with your local residence displayed or a Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit.

Special Orders

A 25% non-refundable down payment is required for special orders over $250. A RETURNED CHECK FEE IS $35.

Purchasing Protocol

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be in compliance with all state, local, and federal laws and limitations related to the purchase, transfer, possession, transportation and installation of any firearms, magazines, ammunition, parts or accessories in the locality in which the customer resides.

Some orders may be put on hold to verify addresses, LEO/military/dealer credentials or for identification checks. Any order with a different billing address and ship to address will be held for verification before being shipped.

Payment Methods

Our company accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payment methods are sent to us via secure connection. We DO NOT store your credit card details in order to protect the security of your information.

International Orders are NOT Accepted.

Our company does not accept orders or ship any products outside of the United States of America. This includes APO addresses.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all the company’s physical address.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with us may be canceled by the customer prior to the item having shipped.

• If the order has not yet shipped, the customer may contact us to cancel the order.
• You MUST provide the order # when contacting Customer Service via phone or email.

Refund & Return Policy

• Firearms, Ammunition, and Chemicals:
  • All sales are FINAL.
  • Once a firearm is transferred to a customer, will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance.
  • If a defect is discovered by the customer after the transfer of ownership, the customer must contact the firearm manufacture directly for replacement or repair.
  • Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Our company will only accept returns on products in an unaltered condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (less shipping). All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by our company and must be returned in original packaging. A re-stocking fee will be charged if the items are not returned in resalable condition, as determined at the sole discretion of our company.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Firearms (Includes Serialized Items such as Frames, Receivers & Receiver Sets)
• Ammunition
• Clearance/Closeout Items

The customer MUST contact our company to obtain an RMA number BEFORE returning any items.

* If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Authorization number with the returned item, our company WILL NOT process a refund for the item and the package will be returned to the customer.

Payment Methods

NEN Arms & Ammo, LLC accepts the following methods of payment:

• Money Order, Certified Check, No personnel checks without approval.
• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit card payments will pay a 3.5% fee for a credit card.
• I will NOT ship outside of the USA.

Shipping Information

Shipping rates are $25 flat rate for the lower 48 states. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii you will have to call for a quote.

I accept UPS, USPS, FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. I ship all packages by Fed Ex, USPS. Please provide a valid street address.  No PO Boxes unless out of the lower 48 states.

Firearm Regulations

All Federal Firearm License laws apply when purchasing a firearm. Anyone desiring to purchase a firearm must be able to pass a background check. There are age limits on the sale of certain items and certain types of items are illegal in certain places. For example, so called ‘assault weapons’ cannot be sold in California and certain types of ammunition are illegal in certain states and cities. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that they comply with federal, state, and local laws.

You do not have to be a licensed dealer to buy a firearm. If you are not a licensed dealer (also called an FFL Holder), you must decide with a licensed dealer in your state to receive the item and transfer it to you. The customer must decide with the licensed dealer to receive any firearm, receiver, or any other item described by the ATF as a firearm. For any firearm purchase, the buyer must be able to pass a background check.

Firearm Shipments for Transfers

Our company sells firearms in accordance with all Federal, State & Local firearms regulations. We will only ship a firearm to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The FFL holder must be located within the United States. We do not ship firearms internationally. For us to ship your firearm purchase, you must complete the following steps:

1. Our company must receive a legible and SIGNED copy of the Federal Firearms License from the dealer that will receive the firearm. This can be done via fax, email, or standard mail.
2. Payment must be received via Credit Card

Important note: Please make sure that you or your FFL dealer includes your name and order number with FFL when Emailed or faxed.

Please have your FFL dealer email their FFL to our physical address.

Please contact us directly if you have any questions pertaining to transaction procedures or details concerning the Firearm being purchased.

Firearm Shipping

WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO VALID FFL DEALERS.

Once payment and a signed copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL have been received, our company will process and prepare the firearm for shipment. Firearms are typically shipped via UPS. Most shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS. Shipping rates vary according to geographical location and the final value of the firearm being purchased.

 Any additional shipping charges not shown during online check-out will be presented to the customer for approval prior to processing the order.

Once your licensed dealer receives the firearm, you as the purchaser will then be required to fill out all pertinent paperwork with them to take possession of your firearm.

Current Firearm Restrictions

States with applied firearm restrictions:

• Stripped lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• Connecticut
• Massachusetts

• Complete AR and AK receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• California
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• New York

• Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• California (No “assault weapons” can be shipped.)
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• New Jersey
• New York

• 80% lower receivers and pistol frames will NOT be shipped to the following states:

• New Jersey
• Washington

Exceptions:

• L.E.Os must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department’s superior officer stating that the firearm will be used in the execution of the L.E.O’s duties.
  • Our company recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.Os.
• Not all the states listed may have L.E.O. exemptions.
  • Please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
• Our company does NOT ship directly to L.E.O.; the order must go to an FFL.

Other Important Information

• All of NEN’s items are factory new in box unless otherwise stated.
• Sales Tax of 6.5% of price + shipping must be collected on all shipments to Nebraska. GBR!
• Items carry full Manufacturer’s warranty, Manufacturer defects should be directed to the manufacturer not NEN Arms & Ammo
• 7 Day return policy. 15% restocking fee on all returns except if there was a typo in the ad.  You must call for a return authorization and instructions.  (Ammunition is NOT returnable)
• Shipping & Handling is not refundable
