Inbound Transfer Service Rates and Policies
Firearm Transfer Fee: $30 for first transferred item, $20 for each additional item (I.E… frames, receivers, rifles, pistols, etc…)Transfers for Military members, Retired, Active, Guard, or Reserve, Law Enforcement, EMS and Fire Fighters – $20 per item transferred.
YOU MUST CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASING AND HAVING A FIREARM SHIPPED TO ME.
Transfer/Purchase Requirements
You must be a Nebraska resident. You must have a valid State of Nebraska issued photo ID, and Nebraska Handgun Purchase Permit or State of Nebraska issued Concealed Carry Permit to purchase a handgun.
For active duty Military stationed in Nebraska. If you do not meet the above criteria we can transfer a handgun to you if you meet the following criteria. If you have an out of state driver’s license and a Nebraska Purchase Permit; you will need your PCS orders to Nebraska or a State of Nebraska photo ID with your local residence displayed or a Nebraska Concealed Carry Permit.
Special Orders
A 25% non-refundable down payment is required for special orders over $250. A RETURNED CHECK FEE IS $35.
Firearm Purchases
You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws. Federal firearms laws prevents NEN Arms & Ammo from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL), however we can ship them to a FFL Dealer.
Ammunition Purchases
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.
- You do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
- All ammunition will be shipped FED EX ground.
- We can ship ammunition to your door via FED EX
- Ammunition and firearms must be purchased separately.
- For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
- Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
- Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

- Connecticut – No Semi-Auto Rifles
- Massachusetts – No Handguns
- New York – No Handguns
- Washington D.C. – No Firearms
- Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering firearms.
- States Prohibiting Large-Capacity Magazines:
- California – 10 round limit without permit
- Hawaii – 10 round limit
- Maryland – 20 round limit
- Massachusetts – 20 round limit without FFL
- New Jersey – 15 round limit without FFL
- New York – 10 round limit
Please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering large capacity magazines.
Payment Methods
NEN Arms & Ammo, LLC accepts the following methods of payment:
- Money Order, Certified Check, No personnel checks without approval.
- Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit card payments will pay a 3.5% fee for a credit card.
- I will NOT ship outside of the USA.
Shipping Information
Shipping rates are $25 flat rate for the lower 48 states. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii you will have to call for a quote.
I accept UPS, USPS, FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. I ship all packages by Fed Ex, USPS. Please provide a valid street address. No PO Boxes unless out of the lower 48 states.
Other Important Information
- All of NEN’s items are factory new in box unless otherwise stated.
- Sales Tax of 6.5% of price + shipping must be collected on all shipments to Nebraska. GBR!
- Items carry full Manufacturer’s warranty, Manufacturer defects should be directed to the manufacturer not NEN Arms & Ammo
- 7 Day return policy. 15% restocking fee on all returns except if there was a typo in the ad. You must call for a return authorization and instructions. (Ammunition is NOT returnable)
- Shipping & Handling is not refundable
